Augmented reality (AR) employs the camera of a smartphone to superimpose digital elements onto a live scene, as demonstrated by experiences like Snapchat glasses and the game Pokemon Go.

On the other hand, virtual reality (VR) denotes a fully immersive encounter that secludes the user from the external environment. Through the utilization of VR devices like the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, or Google Cardboard, individuals can be transported to a diverse range of real-world or imaginative scenarios, such as finding themselves in the midst of a lively penguin colony or riding on the back of a dragon.

  Introduction              No one can claim that language learning is an easy process. While most of the people are not even at C1 level in their own language in Türkiye (AA, 2022), it will undoubtedly be difficult for them to reach that level in a foreign language.
